??? Bought XL dog bed for my staffweiller - absolutely incredible! The bed itself is so comfortable, I wanted to sleep on it! Delivery was fast too!

Excellent service excellent quality

order a blanket almost 2 weeks ago and still has not been delivered. The customer care department said 3 days before, it will be delivered within 48 hours but still is not even carried by the courier.

Ordered a large grey dog bed with free silent night blanket. Delivery was later than expected even though it was a weekend order it was still late. The item looks great but wherever the dog sits or lies on goes flat and does not recoil so I was quite disappointed with this. She loves the free snuggle blanket though.

Shop did not ship the order for over a week and still waiting. Customer service unhelpful and rude when called for an update.

Firstly the topper was almost £80 cheaper than anywhere else and when it was out of stock I thought this will not be on offer again.......wrong.....the company emailed to say back in stock and at the same discounted price!
The topper arrived sooner than expected so that was a pleasant surprise plus I got free bed socks.
The topper is incredibly comfortable and with the cooling technology, which I was sceptic about, actually works!
The cover is washable which is really handy.

Ordered 2 oversized hoodies. I was sceptical about ordering, as I noticed some of the reviews weren’t positive.
I had only a positive experience. I ordered on the 27th dec and they arrived on the 30th, with no issues.
I haven’t had to contact customer services and so cannot comment on that side of things, but can confirm that the experience that I had was great.

wish that I could have given 0 stars , dreadful experience still waiting for my order to arrive after 7 days on a 48hour delivery promise , have tried sending messages BUT they are totally ignored and PLEASE save your time by NOT telling me to contact Customer Services direct without their Contact Phone Number !!!!
